Bought this eyeliner for my daughter. It is liquid. It is waterproof. So it stays on all day. She loves it. We couldn’t buy it in the store as they were out at the Estée Lauder counter. The only place you can buy is online like Amazon.

This time buying thru Amazon, it smeared….not what I’ve been using. Maybe Estée changed product, but I don’t want to look like a vampire! lol. Returned it.
