About 8 years ago I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands and wrist, not wanting to have surgery I searched and found out that copper bracelets helped. I have been wearing these bracelets since and I've never had any more pain from carpal tunnel. These seem to work well, the only issue is formability is low. It is difficult to get to bend to your wrist without getting odd forms.
