Great organizational product works as described.
We bought two. We use them in the vertical position. They holds all of our skillet type pans just as described. We appreciate that there is still extra room on the sides for odd shaped pans, and lids. Over a month then and no issues with tipping.

Size is wrong… but easy to modify a bit!
I finally tamed the disaster in my blind-corner cabinet with help of this pan organizer and a couple other organizers. BUT….heads-up, it’s a bit taller than the listing says and it wouldn’t fit under the 12” fixed shelf. To make it work, I just popped off the little plastic pieces on the top tier. That did the trick—now all my pans are easy to grab.Would I buy it again? Absolutely—especially if you’re tired of blind corner cabinet clutter. Just be ready to do a tiny tweak.

It stored my new frying pans.
It holds the thinner or average depth size pans just fine; however, it doesn't hold the deeper frying pan. I would recommend this holder if you run out of space or need a temporary area to store or dry your frying pans.

Easy pan removal
This product can keep your pans either horizontally or vertically in your cabinet. I use mine standing vertically and it's very convenient to get your pan out since they are not stacked on top of each other.

Great Quality
This isn't letting me put 5 stars, but it is definitely worth 5 stars. It didn't quite work in the space I wanted it, but that's just a space issue, not a product quality issue. It was super easy to put together and has the capability of screwing down into the space for further stability. All but 1 of my pans fit into it well. Overall, it was a great buy, I will just need to find a better spot for it.
