Be careful. Works well enough to soften hair, but makes the shower floor VERY slippery. Please be careful after rinsing out hair and spray your shower floor down appropriately afterwards or you will slip and fall.

The worst experience, after applying the mask my hair felt like badly tangled old damaged ropes, no moisture, no smoothness AT ALL. Somehow I managed to dry my hair and the texture of my hair became worst, it felt so sticky as if I haven't washed my hair in years. I can't rate here in minus, otherwise I would have done that. I have used other products of L'Oréal, and have never experienced any problem, so I am pretty sure that the product is fake, that's why it fails to meet the desired results. I recommend people not to buy and waste their money, and above all damage their hair.

When i unboxed package, i got surprised it dont have a minimum sealing outside cap or inside.. I thought i got scammed through amazone. And i search youtube videos of opening.. Then i realised brand not provide any sealing.. Its very bad.. How will customers sure about its not a used product

The hair mask is very good. I believe that the product is original, even though the price is slightly cheaper. It has been produced in India, I have double checked the price on official L’Oréal professional (India) website, and it’s cheaper there as well. The product has arrived in good condition, the texture is fantastic!
