A. Vogel Herbamare Organic Seasoning Salt 8.8Oz. 6 Per Case

This has been a staple in our kitchen for years, and we use it almost every day. It adds a flavor boost to pretty much anything without being too strong or overpowering. We use it on meats and veggies, mix it into homemade vinaigrettes, and even sprinkle some into scrambled eggs. It’s one of those seasonings that just seems to work with everything, which is why we always keep it stocked in the cupboard. Another big plus is that it’s non-GMO.

It would be true to say that this seasoned salt with herbs is one of the best salts out there to make savory foods taste better. You can use it on vegetables and meats to make them taste so good! I like to slice up some potatoes and fry them in a little oil in a fry pan, then when they are cooked on each side. Sprinkling this salt on the potatoes makes them taste really good especially when I add in a little freshly ground Tellicherry peppercorns. So as soon as the potatoes are cooked I move them to the side and add some chopped onion to the middle of the pan and cook that for a few minutes stirring to cook evenly. Then I put the onions on top of the potatoes and sprinkle on some great shredded sharp cheddar. When the cheese is melted it is done. You can also cook some microwave bacon and cut it up over the potatoes and cheese. My dad taught me this basic recipe except he also used some chili powder as well. Either way I think this salt makes the dish really delicious. I was using the larger container but I find I prefer using the small container for ease of use!
