What a great product! My son loved his and then his brother had to get one. They love theirs and love building objects with it.My younger son’s pen broke within the first month. I reached out to customer service to return it. Not only did they send me a new pen for my son, they took the other one back and told me what was wrong. They followed up and it was due to user error! Not only did we get an awesome toy, but we learned a lesson how to care for it. Great product and great company!

My 9 year old son loves making creations with this. I was more impressed with the customer service. Ours stopped working a month or so after he started using it. I contacted the company and they sent a new pen immediately. I sent the one that wasn't working back to them and they took a look at it and provided us feedback and instructions on why it stopped working so we wouldn't make the same mistake with the new one. Can't find much good customer service anymore and I was pleasantly surprised with this company.

Neat product but very overpriced. Must use this company's refills only which are not cheap. I bought as a gift and have since seen others that look better.

This is a great product. My daughter is 6. It's user friendly. I recommend getting the case and extra filament. All the heating is inside it so she doesn't get burned. We love it.

This is a super fun toy, for everyone in the family. Sadly, ours died Died after only a couple times using it, so i reached out to their support team. The help From Steven was fast and very effective. He determined we needed to send the pen back, so he immediately got a replacement to me and I shipped the broken doodler back in the package the new one came in. He even followed up to let me know it was a bad rod (user error) that clogged the machine. So read your instructions, and keep an eye on your kiddos to make sure they don't put a rod in that is flawed! We are back to messing with this toy, and its really fun to figure out different ways to create with it.

My 9yr old really enjoys this item. He has already made several things that are pictured, and I even enjoyed making the butterfly. Only downside is that I had to already buy more colors because the amount that comes in this kit didn’t last us long.**Just a heads up… when you want to change colors, click the large button on the device twice and the colored stick will reverse out BUT when the new color is in, there will still be some of your old color inside. For example, I was using yellow and wanted to switch to blue. I reversed the yellow stick out (click twice to move stick backwards) and started the blue (click once to move stick forward) and some yellow still came out and started spewing out green because the yellow was mixing with the blue. I let that color combo exit on a napkin before putting the blue on my butterfly.

My 10yo daughter got this for Christmas and loves it! Easy to use and lots of ideas if things to create.With that said, ours jammed up. Reach led out to customer service and they were fantastic. After going through all the troubleshooting they sent a new one and she’s back to using it again.

My six year old artsy daughter hasn’t put this down since she got it. It’s a little pricey in my opinion but she does love it!
