Works great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for hanging my outdoor string lights! *by M***S on May 14, 2022* I looked all over for hooks that would be secure enough to attach my outdoor string lights. These hooks worked perfectly, slipping over the 20-gauge wire rope I had strung to support the lights without modification. These hooks are stainless steel, so I think they'll prove suitable for long-term use outdoors. Since the hooks have one end that's almost closed, I don't have any concern that they will come off the wire rope when the wind blows. The fact that the hook side is deep (since they're designed to hold drapes) means I don't have any concerns that the lights will come off, either.
