This is a good kit for a beginner rockhound, a "Pebble Puppy" :-)

Most rockhounders would already have put together their own kit.

So this could be a good gift for a teen whose just discovered the fun of hauling a lot of rocks around, or the spouse of a rockhounder, etc.

My set is missing brush and chisel. How do I report it to amazon and to Incly?

On your Amazon account, you go to “Your Orders”,  and scroll down until you see the item in question, then click on it.  You will then see a screen with several options regarding your Order/Item: track the order; get a receipt; leave a review; contact Amazon or Seller; etc.  Click on “Need Help With An Order”, and choose the option you want.  With Amazon, it’s usually easier to return your item for a replacement, as they don’t have warehouses full of all the individual pieces for everything they sell to just send you whatever you’re missing, though you can also contact the Seller directly (also do this through Amazon) who might be able to do that (though a lot of times it is Amazon who is the Seller and/or Shipper). 
Personally, I prefer to go through Amazon, as this will create a trackable inquiry; it will get included in Amazon’s stats regarding problems with items (&/or Sellers); Amazon can ship a replacement product faster (& free);  and you have documentation of your problem should it not get resolved quickly and satisfactorily and further action is necessary.
