Reminds Me of Villa Cappelli Pasta
Tuscanini Authentic Italian Spaghetti Pasta Noodles reminded me of the Spaghetti Pasta I bought from Villa Cappelli years ago when they used to sell pasta. It was the best pasta I had ever had, which was made from an ancient grain, which was unique to Puglia, and was surprisingly good for people with diabetes. Basically this is real deal al dente Italian pasta that is not enriched unlike top rated brand Colavita pasta, which I almost bought over this. The pasta was tasty and satisfying. In fact I dropped 5 pounds over night the day after eating this pasta believe it or not. Real Italian pasta made right just hits different.

If you want the best Pasta, purchase ,made in, Italy.
I thought these "Macs" were made in Italy. No, USA. So the title is misleading, at least, to me. I wanted the pure basic pasta produced in the Old Country, without the chems we put in most of the store bought here. But, they did taste a bit better when you add, Mutz and Ricotta, plus a few hot, cow-horn peppers. Pasta, Bella.
