Why my downloading speed is under 1000 Mbps?

All your network devices, ethernet ports connected need to be no less than 1000 Mbps to ensure good performance. If connected with 10/100 Mbps ports, it cannot get the quoted speeds.

What is the difference between "AC1000 Mbps" and "AV1000 Mbps"?

The terms AV1000 Mbps refer to theoretical maximum physical-layer data transfer rate under the HomePlug AV2 Standard; AC1000 Mbps is for wireless signal rates under IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. They will vary by environmental factors.

What will limit my downloading speed?

Please make sure that there is no ammeter or similar device within the electrical circuit where the two Powerline devices are plugged, or they won't be able to communicate with each other because the ammeter blocks signal transmission.

Does it compatible with my router?

Compatible with any powerline adapters/extenders and routers. May not be compatible with routers or gateways with firmware are non-standard or outdated. The speed will drop dramatically when it is connected to the lower speed devices.
