Great quality! Came at a regular span a week or so. Perfect for my dad. He likes it and uses it everyday.

Needed backup cane. This works great, solid build, handles most terrain, and not too heavy for aluminum. Comes with two quality roller tips, nice touch.

I purchased the first cane and within a month; the joint got lose. I purchased the second cane and within a few weeks the same issue happened. Don't buy this cane. Thank goodness I have a back-up cane, albeit not a folding one, but at least until I find one that lasts more than a few weeks.

I like everything about the cane. We're 100% satisfied.

The marshmallow head has a sharp edge on it. If you put it in your pocket for any length of time it will jab you. I ended up with a hole in a shirt from it. Also you may want to add some clip so you can use the wrist strap to keep it closed when not in use.It does come with two marshmallow heads. I am currently on the second one and will likely replace it with one that doesn’t have a sharp edge when I’m done with it.

I bought this for my dad who is totally blind and during the first two weeks of use it broke. We could not return it as we were overseas on vacation. How could I get a refund for this product?

Waist of money

This cane is very heavy it is much too heavy to navigate for the blind. It's more like a hiking stick and even heavy for that as I tried to take it hiking
