I tried Date Lady Organic Date Sugar because I wanted a more natural alternative to regular sugar, and I really like, especially for baking. It’s made from just one ingredient, dried ground dates, which I appreciate. No additives, just whole fruit. The flavor has a mild, warm sweetness that works really well in baked goods. I’ve used it as a substitute for white and brown sugar in muffins and cookies, and it performs well when used 1:1. The texture is slightly different, but the results come out moist and flavorful. Worth the value for the money. One thing to be aware of is that this sugar does not dissolve in drinks. This is a great option if you’re looking for an organic, vegan, and paleo-friendly sweetener made from real ingredients. It’s a solid product to keep in the pantry.

Wonderful product! Great for whole food plant based baking and cooking. Has a fine texture and lovely taste.

Substituted white sugar for date sugar (be sure to read the ratio for substitution on the package) in an applesauce snack cake for my son. HE said it tasted even better! And I feel better knowing hes getting some nutrient as well. Pairs very well with desserts made with apples.... Going to try oatmeal cookies and banana bread next. Pricey, but all healthier food is.... it seems...

I love to bake, and especially for friends. But someone in my group has to be very care with glueclose levels. Have started experimenting with date sugar and so far results in my oatmeal cookies have been very good. She has measured her body’s response and reported indeed minim spikes. Cookies tast great and more healthy snack for everyone. I’m going to keep expert but so far better results then with the coconut sugar I was trying.

Wonderful product. Natural sweetener that is good for you. I buy lots of this to make date sweetened chocolate. Almost everyone I give it to loves the chocolate and I eat it myself every day. Does not dissolve well in liquid but you can use date syrup for that.

It's ground very fine! No clumping. Easier to use than the other Date Sugar products I have used.

I had Royal palm date sugar before but thought it was this one. This product has a ton of filler in it - or something - it leaves particles in the bottom of your cup whether the drink is hot or cold. It is actually quite gross and there is no return option. I won’t be purchasing this brand again.
