no stomach upsets with this brand
I have tried other brands that were okay, but this supplement helps my restless legs at night and I sleep so much better. It's also so much easier on my system, I have no stomach problems with it.

Best way to best menopause insomnia
I use this product to help me sleep. It isamazing. I fall asleep taking it within an hour of bed. And I stay asleep. I take this with another product, glycerin, I feel so rested when I wake up in the morning.

Within the first few days I could tell A difference!
I was told this is good to help get blood pressure under control. Also, I take it bc of IBS diagnosis. Within a few days of taking this magnesium, I felt so much better in my digestive system. I'm having less intestinal pain and I feel more normal in my whole digestive system. It feels like it probably could be the missing puzzle piece for my health I've been needing badly!

Can the dose be safely increased?
Noticed a difference within a week. Been taking for 3 months, did just order another bottle. The best product I've tried to date, I've tried many! Sleep has improved still not great but I'll take what I can get. Muscle spasms are a lot less which makes me extremely happy because they were brutally painful. Doesn't say whether you can safely increase dose, so I remain at the described recommended usage. Although, tempted.

It has the worst type of B12 (Cyanocobalamin)
Unfortunately, I'll never buy it again, because I realized that it has the worst type of vitamin B12 that is Cyanocobalamin. It's very harmful, even though it gives energy, but with so bad consequences. The only or the best b12 type is Methylcobalamin. I hope the manufacturer can change that.. (not only what's written on the bottle) 😉 Because the other ingredients are good, so why to ruin it with this cheap bad type of B12?! 🤨
