Love this chili oil, it makes my ramen taste amazing. I often mix it with a bit of chikfila sauce and honey for mozzarella sticks haha

Hard to describe, but fantastic. It isn't overly spicy. Well known sauce overseas. Glad it's available in the US

My husband bought this after seeing it used on a TV cooking show. He liked it very much but thought it was a little sweet. He loved the recipe he made with it and plans on buying more. It arrived quickly, well-packaged tp prevent breakage and was delicious. He'll be ordering more.

A friend bent my ear for over a half hour on how I must try the chili flakes. She has applied it to most everything she has served for the last month and gave it rave reviews.So I paid the long price and ordered it on Amazon. Yup, I'm now an advocate. The Lau Gan Ma chili flakes add at least 4 additional dimensions of flavor to whatever dish you prepare. It has heat, it is sorta sweet, it has a burst of chili flavor and it has a crunchy texture. Now, I seperate a little of whatever I'm cooking and add a little of the sauce. It has almost always improoved the recipe. Getting the right mix is my current challenge.

Great flavor and only a little spicy for us, since we are used to hot sauces.
