I am absolutely loving the Eggssentials Poached Egg Maker! This pan has made the whole process so simple and stress-free. It's not just for poached eggs but also versatile with any steamed recipes that works perfect! The build quality feels sturdy and well-made, and the nonstick cups work beautifully. The eggs slide right out without sticking, and cleanup is surprisingly easy. I also appreciate how evenly it cooks — the whites are fully set while the yolks stay perfectly soft and runny (just how I like them!). It’s been a game changer for my weekend breakfasts. Best Egg Poacher Ever! Great quality, easy to use and easy to clean. I have a glass cooktop and it works fine. We just had Eggs Benedict for breakfast and will be making egg bites later today for workday meals.

Been poaching eggs in water with vinegar and it's the last time I'll ever do that! This product is perfect. Each of the cups are stick resistant and, with a shot of PAM, the eggs slid out easily. Put a little water in the pan, set the egg holder into the pan and 4 minutes later you have a perfectly cooked poached egg. Hate that I didn't buy this years ago. Highly recommend.

This poached egg pan is wonderful. My husband said he’ll never cook his eggs any other way, but in this pan. Easy to cook with. Easy to clean !

This egg poacher works as it should, with one caveat. The cooking times on the instructions are not long enough, in my opinion. It says to cook for 3-6 minutes. I found that 6 minutes is the minimum cooking time to get the whites done and still have mostly runny yolks inside. That said, I will be using this often to make poached eggs for breakfast sandwiches. The eggs turn out taller than typical eggs on store bought sandwiches, so be prepared for a tall sandwich. I like that it came with 2 sets of 6 cups. The little spatula is a good addition and works as it should.

Don’t look any further. If you love eggs Benedict, this is the egg cooker for you. I used to make poached eggs the traditional way, but all that swirling just became too much work. I tried making them in a muffin tin, but no matter how well I greased the cups the eggs still stuck a little bit. To add insult to injury, each muffin cup seemed to cook each egg a little differently. Some were perfect, some were undercooked, some were over cooked. The first time I used this Eggssentials pan, all 6 came out perfectly poached in 4 minutes. I did grease each cup with butter, as other reviewers have suggested, but all 6 slid out easily, and cleanup was a breeze. Then the real test: I was hosting a brunch for a crowd and I wanted to serve eggs Benedict. The key is to poach the eggs a day ahead and store them covered with water in an airtight container. The next day you warm them for a few minutes in hot water, then put the eggs Benedict together assembly-line style. With this 6 egg pan (and the additional 6 cup option) I was able to make 24 perfectly cooked and perfectly shaped poached eggs in less than 20 minutes. The next day everyone was stunned and amazed with my culinary brilliance when I pulled off serving 24 gorgeous looking (and delicious!) eggs Benedict all at one time. I couldn’t be happier with this pan.

Customer service is awesome and very responsive. Tried other products. They are not anywhere near this quality. This is a must buy and a well built product for any who desire perfectly poached eggs.

Been very happy with this. The eggs just fall right out especially with a little shot of spray before cracking your egg into the dish. Easy clean up. So far the no stick has been lasting and not flaking off. We have been using this for over a year now. We ordered the spare set of egg dishes incase they deteriorated quick. But so far there like new still.

Works great, very durable since I'm using it in a busy restaurant environment, therefore its gets used almost nonstop during the mornings 6 days a week.
