A bit pricey however, this is the best soil. Your plants will thank you. I'm thankful to find this in a larger size. There is no odor, I take this & mix with and orchid mix. My plants do amazing.

If you want your garden or plants to flourish this is what you need!!! The first photo is my tomato plants in Fox Farm soil the second is in Miracle gro soil. These plants were all started from seed and were the same size when they were put in the ground. I did this for experimental purposes and wow what a difference! They all recieve the same amount of watering daily. This soil is incredible! Well worth the money!

I use the Ocean Forest soil and the liquid nutrients on inside and outside grows. The quality of their products are top notch and makes the initial planting and feeding schedule less stressful. I have ordered multiple times and ever had only one issue (Was not Fox Farm's fault. looked like UPS kicked the box from their store to my door). Still they were awesome to deal with, in fact they wanted to resend the entire order of soil. The order was 4 bags and only one was damaged, so I had to decline a full resend. Still great company, great people, great product.

I've been purchasing this product for many years, and it's the only potting soil that I will continue to use. It's excellent in every respect, and whatever I have planted it it has done well and thrives. I highly recommend this garden product.

Fox Farm is the Best organic soil i have found in many years of growing. Some things to note as many other have stated it is a bit hot for fresh seedlings but mix a little (2) FOXFARM FX14047 pH Adjusted Happy Frog Organic Potting Soil Bags | 4 Cu Ft in the mix and you will be good to go! I do assisted feeding with the Fox Farm FX14049 Liquid Nutrient Trio Soil Formula: Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom (Pack of 3 - 32 oz. bottles) and have had great results in my LEGAL MM garden. NOTE: Do not order from Xhydro seller!!!!! It took them 6 days to ship my order and that was after I contacted Amazon about the issue. Amazon requested they ship it immediately expedited shipping and they sent next day the slowest possible way. it has been 13 days and I still have not received my order.

I gave this a 4 because, not all bags at consistently mixed. I bought 40 bags, I am using 10 gal grow bags, some grow bags drain great, I have a couple that are just hydro locking really bad, and I had one bag that settled and was so compact it killed one of my plants. But on a good note, this company ships super fast, my plants love this soil and are doing great in the other bags. My plants are growing nice and are dark green. So with the couple bags I had issues with, I worked thru those, FoxFarm needs to work out there consistency issues. But this seller is phenomenal!
