ERGO21 Lumbar Pillow Lower Back Support Cushion for Back Rest, Good Posture, Spine Pain, Long Sitting Hours at Chair, Office, Car Seat, Wheelchair, Large (18" W x 24”x 1.5”)

This very comfortable back cushion with gel in it is just what my husband needed. I've been searching for a back cushion that will comfortably support him in the couch, which is so deep he slumps. I've tried SO many other pads--this is by far the most comfortable, thank you, Ergo 21!

Awesome cushion which does feel and work better than normal memory foam cushions. I bought this cushion together with the large ERGO21 Original Seat Cushion. This combination fits almost perfectly with my RAV4 seat. I say almost because I wish the seat cushion was slightly larger, like 20"x19" instead of 17"x18". That would have been really perfect. But I'm still definitely happy with this purchase, even though it's a bit on the pricy side. The cushions provide great support without being too stiff or too soft. For the first time in a long while, I'm again enjoying long drives without feeling pain in my lower back. I'd totally recommend people to try this cushion, it made a big difference for me.

I like this a lot. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before I bought this. I had a herniated lumbar disc several years ago that flares up occasionally if I do not use good posture when I sit or when I sit in chairs that have no lumbar support. I use this cushion in a rocker recliner that I have and it gives more back support. I still also use my lumbar support pillow (McKenzie) behind this cushion which provides even further support and helps me to be able to sit more upright in the recliner (which I do not recline.) The only negative comment I have (and the reason I did not give it 5 stars) is that I see no reason for the high cost of this item. It does seem well made but there is no reason for it to cost as much as it does.

I'm healing from a facet joint ablation and I am scheduled for sacroiliac joint injections within a week. I know pain. I recently purchased the Ergo21 travel seat cushion (1.5 inch) for my home office desk chair, and that helped me to sit more comfortably. The liquid in the Ergo feels way better for me than the other standard gel cushions I tried. So I also treated myself to the tall / large Ergo lumbar cushion plus the original 2" thick seat cushion for my recliner. This combo is better than the recliner's stiffer and harder original material. And after I have my SI joint injections, I know I'll have a more comfortable place to relax while I'm healing. Happy with my decisions to buy these three cushions.

Purchased this for my husband who has had two major back surgeries. When driving longer drives, at the two-hour mark, he starts to experience bad back pain (he always has pain, but it gets worse). I have to say, that this back cushion has helped him quite a bit. It is not the old foam-type cushion, but has the LiquiCell pouches or bags within the cushion, which does appear to relieve pressure points as advertised in their product description. I am planning to order one for myself as our vehicle seats are not very comfortable even for me. Great quality, easy to install with just a strap. Has not shifted while driving. So, five stars for this product in our case.

have tried several lumbar supports. I am petite and any roll or hard surface bothers me. Fortunately I found this item, as I also have 3 of their travel cushions, and found this to be a perfect fit for my spine! Love it and highly recommend. Steve, the owner, is very helpful in accommodating customer questions. Their customer service is top notch!

It's actually 2.75 inches thick at the center and is way too aggressive with my back. I needed 2" and didn't get what I ordered and it caused me a lot of pain. It's also under 16, and 9 inches instead of 10 and also looks nothing like the photo in the description. Also, the bag was opened and it appeared to be used by someone else but I paid for a new item. Shame on Ergo 21.
