Compact and portable, easy to use.
I think it is good for beginners, I was using the ping app with my iPhone attached to the putter shaft. I did not like that so much because of the extra weight attached to the putter shaft. However I found the ping app to be more accurate for face angle of impact.The GSA putt has very nice graphics and nice controls to replay the stroke. The software has to interpret the miniature accelerometer inside the device, I think the software needs an upgrade. My face angle of impact has two wide of a deviation too much error -3° closed and the putt still goes in the hole the next putt +2.8° open and the putt still goes in the hole. It often says I delofted the putter by 5° which means I smacked the top of the ball which is just not true. I think the ping app is better at calculating the accelerometer inside the phone because I usually am ± 1° open or closed. It GSA is very good for beginners to intermediate you really can learn a lot of details about your stroke and your poor technique, however as a professional you just want for more accuracy.

Good, but could be bettet
Very easy to setup and get going. Simple to operate and gives you a good idea about your putting. It can compare you to a pro, but it wouild be nice to have a longer list of pros and not just one.
