I wear black/white to grocery and looking for something to covery my upper flabby arms, will this work?

I normally take a 1x. I ordered the 2x because they didn’t have the 1x and it fits fine. Just order your size and if it doesn’t fit send it back and go from there

What are the measurements of the size 4x and 5 x?

I usually wear an xxl, but this kimono seems a little larger, as it falls off of my shoulders. If I add a small clasp of some kind, I think it will be fine.
