## Questions & Answers

**Q: If they are made to fit different sizes of rungs then why not just have one set of the hooks as the second set doesn't do anything.**
A: The second set is there to give the fame stability and it works very well I'm very pleased with the design it works well makes cleaning the gutters very easy, I have looked at many similar 'stand off kit' this I think is the best, and it has been used a lot over the past weeks - thank you Amazon

**Q: What is the small threaded hook also supplied to be used for?**
A: The hook is not threaded its a spring that when pulled hooks around one of the ladder rungs to put tension on the stand off to stop wobble and stop it going upwards.

**Q: Does this fit properly over the rungs of telescopic ladders?? Looking at the picture first glance, I can't see it working....?**
A: This product fits any type of telescopic ladder, because the curved hooks take any differences in the spacing between the rungs. I have found this to be a very effective device, and certainly increases the safety of the support at the head of the ladder when resting against a wall. I remove the support frame when storing the ladder, and it can be fitted quickly and safely at the start of any job, before you erect the ladder.

**Q: why do both sets of hooks not fit equally on the ladder stand-off.**
A: You don’t need both sets to fit the rung. One set is enough as they are made for different sized ladders.
