It is always a difficult decision to discontinue a product. Or can I use to season for slow cooker (crock pot)?** A: You should be able to use it for slow cook as well because when you put the season in the crock pot the meat absorbs the seasoning. **Q: Best before date?** A: Mine has a best by date of only 80 days from now, so these are definitely near the end of their freshened.
