No more steroids
Bought a second tube because I wanted to wait and see if this cream was genuinely helping or just a one-time wonder. So far, so good. I only use this on my son’s facial eczema, especially around his eyes and cheeks, which has been very difficult to manage. His skin is extremely sensitive, possibly from using too much steroid cream in the past. With other products, he would often cry because they stung, and every application became a battle. Most of the time I’d give up before applying enough for the creams to work properly. This cream has been different. It’s gentle and doesn’t seem harsh on his skin, so he actually lets me apply it to his face. Sometimes I still add another moisturizer on top, but the biggest positive is that since using this product, I haven’t needed to use steroid creams on his face anymore.

Great for eczema
Used on 2 year old eczema which appeared on his face under eyes and on eye lids. Steroids didn't help or any other creams that we usually used so read that medical honey is good for it and it disappeared after a week of constant use. We are still using it there so it's not gonna come back but really recommend this product.

It’s an ok moisturiser
Seemed fine as a moisturiser. I got it for my psoriasis and I can’t really say it helped it recover.

Great product! The smell is fine, just buy it!
It has a smell. Yes. It's a honey smell. Just like Burt's Bees honey products. It's that smell. BUT besides that, the product works really well! I got it for my Perioral Dermatitis because it soothes redness, itchiness, and protects a damaged skin barrier. It's not greasy, dries slightly thick, tiny bit sticky to the face, but I rub it into my hands and nails where my cuticles get dry and it's not sticky. The scent dissipates after a few minutes so it's really not that bad. I love honey but I'm just not a fan of the smell but if it works, it's worth it! And this stuff works better than anything I've tried and I swear I've tried everythingggggggggg for this PD. Don't buy the $60 jar of skinfix, get this stuff. It works way better and costs so much less! Oh, and the bf who loathes lotions and oils will actually use this! I recommend it to everyone! Update: April 7th 2026 So I got two real pimples, and my skin seems to take gorge we to heal, I've been putting this on at night after washing my face and I wish I took a before photo because the discoloration is almost completely gone! 3 nights! Usually my skin takes like a month for a pimple mark to disappear! This stuff may actually have magic powers. Extra stars! 7/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This stuff works!
I recently tried First Honey Manuka Honey Cream for dry, itchy, and irritated skin, and overall it delivers impressive results for such a small and affordable tube. The cream combines medical-grade Manuka honey with moisturizing and soothing ingredients like shea butter, panthenol (vitamin B5), and bisabolol to help calm and repair irritated skin. It’s marketed for conditions such as eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, dermatitis, and general dry skin, and it’s even labeled as safe for babies and toddlers. What really sold me was my personal experience. I had a persistent bug bite on the back of my leg from the summer that simply would not heal. It constantly itched, and I kept picking at it, which only made things worse. After using this cream on and off for about two weeks, I was honestly amazed—the sore finally healed. I can’t recommend this product enough. It worked exactly as promised and completely resolved an issue that nothing else seemed to help.

Smells funny BUT it works.
I’m giving this three stars because I don’t really love the smell unless I got a faulty tube. It smells almost like your grandmother’s expired hand, cream, or a lotion that has expired. I can’t really explain it. It’s thick and greasy and very moisturizing and it works for what I needed it for so that is a plus I will sometimes have a bit of itchiness or eczema like reaction on my sensitive skin and this worked pretty well for moisturizing. I love to keep this in my purse because it’s good for me or my toddler, especially in the cold winter months. I do love the way it moisturizers even if it smells a little weird it doesn’t feel greasy, but it feels buttery soft. I probably would not purchase this again, but it did work for what I needed it for. The only reason I say it’s not necessarily worth the money, and would not purchase again is because I am not a fan of the scent and it is a bit thick in application. You have to really rub it in because it will turn white but other than that it’s pretty good and it works well for my toddlers skin.
