Great bike
It was a little hard to put together. The brake assembly on the handlebars had to be put together. The right front one was really hard to unscrew in order to slide it on the fixed part. The handlebars also needed some adjustment. It was worth the hassle as it’s a very comfortable and easy to ride bike. I am 76 and wanted a bike to ride with my grandson who’s 8. Would recommend. Got on sale too!

Highly Recommend for the price.
Great bike for the price. It's comfortable and great for elderly or beginner. Put it together in 30 minutes. Everything is functional. Color is kind of feminine. Perfect size for 5'10" man.

Great Bike, DO NOT BUY FOR A TRIATHLON
Great if you want to just cruise around town. Breaks came in a little off so took it to a bike shop to assemble that piece but overall easy to do. IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS LAST MINUTE FOR A TRIALTHLON YOU IMPULSIVELY SIGNED UP FOR, BETTER OFF RENTING AN ACTUAL RACE BIKE.

Nice bike if it weren’t defective
It’s a nice looking bike and comfortable. However, when I received it and assembled it both wheels were bent. The front one is so bad that the front brakes are inoperable. I couldn’t figure out how to get ahold of anyone for customer service so I have to return the entire bike when I just need replacement wheels. The box was damaged on delivery and it was delivered in the rain so the box was destroyed and unsalvageable.

Be wary of problems in assembly
Let me begin by saying that this is a great bike for the money. It does provide a very comfortable ride, especially on non-smooth surfaces. It is also easy to assemble - or should have been. Mine came with the rims not properly tuned so they wobbled. The rear wheel comes fully assembled and fortunately the wobble in that wheel was acceptable, but the front wheel when mounted wobbled so badly that I could not adjust the breaks, and this was where my problem began. I reached out to customer service and was told that a replacement rim was not available and that I would have to take it a bike shop to be tuned. But before I did that, I would have to fill out a form and send them a video of the wheel spinning on the bike in order to get approval for the repair. Also, they would only reimburse me up to $25 for the repair. The bike shop told me that the charge for a normal tuning is $25, but mine would take longer and may cost more. Fortunately, in the end they did only charge $25 + 7% state tax. I had to then send customer service a copy of the bill, and eventually they did send me a check for $25, but you would think that given all the trouble I had to go through that they would have thanked me and covered the state tax portion as well. Bottom line, the buyer should be wary of encountering this problem which could be much worse if the rear wheel has to be disassembled and taken to the bike shop because having to deal with the derailer mechanism.

Best Affordable Comfort Bike On The Market
I always google "Best Rated This-Or-That" when buying something I don't know much about. This bike is rated in the Top 10 of just about every website that rates bikes. It is usually rated #1 for being the BEST BUY due to the cost ($199) considerably less than the others which are over $1000. It is my 2nd one as I also keep one that is 5 years old at my 2nd home in another state. I have well over 2500 miles on that 2nd bike and never a problem other than replacing tires after I had worn them out. I just bought this one again for the home I live in most of the time and it is just like the other one - PERFECT! If you are looking for a very comfortable bike that can be used for daily exercise on or off road. I am 6ft-1in and 180 pounds. The bike can easily handle more weight as it is strong and sturdy. I can afford the other Top-Rated bike for over $1000. But why spend that kind of money when you can get one just as good for 5 times less?

Hard to beat!
I am quite pleased with the purchase of this bicycle. I don’t think you can duplicate all the features that it has on any other bicycle in this price range. That was the reason I bought it. Plus, it’s got an all aluminum frame. One of its best features is front and rear suspension. Most other bikes don’t have either one at this price point. You do have to assemble it. It probably took me a total of 30 minutes. The most difficult part is adjusting the front brake. But, if you can work an adjustable wrench, you can adjust the brake. Also believe it or not, the instruction manual is very good by today’s standards. It even includes maintenance and adjustment tips for the future. I highly recommend this bike

Nice bike
Really nice bike for the money. Certain parts of the brake system are plastic and will likely break down after a few years but easy to replace with the money you save on the purchase price.
