This is a huge resource, with herbs described in terms of both their 'Western' herbal and 'Chinese' properties.I frequently use it, and learn lots too. Holmes describes the herbs' tropism, and the acupuncture channels they nourish. He's also clear about cautions and red flags.I also use it to make tinctures and decoctions.
