Very nice potpourri

Pleasantly Surprised
It gave my decor just the right amount of yellow needed. The smell is slightly strong at first but eventually dies down to blend nicely with whatever plug-in you select.

Nice mix of yellow, cream, tan, and brown
I ordered this yellow potpourri for the color, not the fragrance. One bag was enough to fill the tray around my three candles. If you'll be displaying in a bowl without candles, you'll probably need to use both bags. The yellows are a bright unnatural yellow, but that's what I expected with colored potpourri. The color works in the lowlight setting of my windowless dining room. I feel like the mix of colors (yellow, brown, tan, cream) is what made the potpourri yellow work with the candles and tablecloth, which are deeper yellows like sunflower and gold. I included a pic in my kitchen where there is brighter LED lighting so you can really see the colors. As for the botanical scent, it's not a fragrance I care for. Fortunately, it's light and not noticeable unless you get close and sniff. A vial of additional essential oil is included for those who want a stronger fragrance. I am perfectly happy with the product I got.

I was impressed that it came with a vial of lemon oil to refresh the scent. The potpourri itself is pretty. I'd order it again.

No scent, color fades
Once I opened the bag and it was exposed to air, the yellow color seems to be fading and looks brownish and dried up. No scent whatsoever. Would not buy again. Very disappointed.

Non existent customer service.
I actually like the product, but the amount of oil that came with it was ridiculous—way too little. When I asked the seller where I could buy more of their oil, they did not respond. I asked twice...crikets. I even submitted a request through their website. NOTHING. That's super poor customer service. I believe customer service is just as important as the products themselves. Up your game, Quigbei Rina.
