I’ve been taking these apple cider vinegar gummies for a while now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with them. The biggest plus is that they don’t have the harsh, sour taste that liquid apple cider vinegar has, making them way easier and more pleasant to take daily. The gummies have a nice tangy flavor with a slight sweetness, and they’re chewy without being too sticky. I take them mainly to support digestion and boost my energy levels, and I have noticed some improvement. my digestion feels smoother, and I’ve had fewer bloating days. Good price. And it just has a little smell nothing crazy, also helped me lose some weight

Started taking the gummies the next day after receiving them and boy let me tell you, they started working IMMEDIATELY!!! I know i haven't been taking the best care of my body but damn, it aint have to be that intense HAHA but I am glad they work because I hate wasting money and trying multiple products to get results. The changes I noticed was I started sweating, feeling lightheaded, thirsty, and tired. At the same time I was urinating and farting a lot too lol Im a 200+ lb mom of 2. My body struggles to get rid of toxins daily even after drinking gallons of water and herbal tea and this vitamin definitely gave me that boost! Its uncomfortable the first few days but a good feeling to know that I'm going on a more healthier path. They are very good gummies, light ACV taste, and not too sticky on the teeth. My bloating even went down a bit. Always had a problem with it so this is very good news that my belly went down within a couple hours. I really enjoyed taking this product over the last 10 days or so, but I had some issues with the texture of the gummy that will likely cause me not to get these again or choose another brand. These gummies are very soft and it feels like they had been out in the sun all day before consuming. They are very squishy compared to most other ACV gummies I have had or supplement gummies I have had. The product has a grainy and unpleasant texture that was hard for me to eat two of every day. Additionally, you are not really shown the gummies in the product photos other than the glimpse of them that you get on top of the label. These gummies are not glossy and are almost matte and opaque in red/mauve-like color. I did however think that the taste of the product is great. it is not overpowering at all and tasted like candy in a way. My goal with these gummies was not to lose weight, but to try to help with digestion. I did have some improvement with digestion, and I did actually lose 2 pounds since starting, too! I have not noticed any differences in my skin complexion (still have acne) and it didn't seem to help with my energy that I have noticed yet. Overall, I would recommend this product as long as you don't mind a very soft gummy. I may be picky, but I will likely use other brands because I feel a bit sensitive to some textures.

These gummies were very efficient in increasing my metabolism.Within half a month i could notice a difference in how i felt, so i restocked and even bought Havasu nutrition multi vitamins.There are many pros to getting these gummies, they are organic with natural ingredients including the natural apple flavor. Also, they are non-gmo and have a gmp (good manufacturing practices) which helps ensure the safety and quality of products.More importantly, they are vegan gummies which is not very common in gummies. It was a big plus for me who cannot eat gelatin to find these vegan gummies that are still beneficial. Also, they taste great:) I would totally recommend this product to anyone looking to slightly help their metabolism and/or use it as a dietary supplement for weight loss.It may not make a drastic difference on the outside, but you'll surely feel better on the inside. Overall pretty good experience, no drastic changes yet but i plan to keep going and see whats next.

To be honest i cannot say if this product actually works because I was not being as consistent as I should with it. like i would take it 2 days straight and then skipped a day because I forgot, then take it the other day etc. So i was not consistent with taking it daily. However, for the days that I took it, I really didn't see any detoxifying potential with it. Also did not see any weight loss. the taste was good though. no issues with that. i plan to try again though and take it daily to see if there is any difference.

I got these for My Husband and He Loves These. We Both eat them and they Taste Great and have helped with Bloating for me and Weight Loss for My Husband. He has lost 10+ Pounds and we will continue to use these. He can see the Inches off his Stomach too. I take them for the way they make me feel, I am at my Perfect Weight, but they have made my Stomach less Bloated and flat now. Do not ever change this formula. We will take these forever. I've been using these gummies for a few weeks. They taste good, but alittle too sweet for me. I was disappointed that you have to chew 2 tables with your meal. Only 30 in a bottle. So that's only a 15 day supply. Not sure that's worth the price. They do suppress my appetite, but no great weight loss to announce. 😕

Although they don’t say these gummies help with constipation they sure do the job for me. I take the recommended dosage of 2 per day. They taste really good and are always fresh. I purchased a bottle of these 2 months in a row and when Amazon Days started I was delighted to see they were $7 off per bottle so I purchased 4 more. Highly recommend.

The taste isn’t bad, and I’ve literally lost 7 lbs in a month and a half since I started taking these.. however I’ve been working two jobs (constantly walking),drinking lots of water when I can and I’ve also cut back on eating a lot of junk food late at night .

They taste fine - almost like jujubes, so I look forward to my 'candy'. I take them before lunch as that is my hungriest meal. Do they work for weight loss? Don't think so - it's been a month. However, my nails look better probably due to the gelatin. As for stomach health - hard to say. These types of gummies are all over the internet for weight loss. Snake oil me thinks.
