Ascendance of a Bookworm: Part 1 Volume 3

This book is amazing! Absolutely love it!(If this hasn't been corrected by the time you read this.)If you have read the other mangas and then came to this one, you have noticed something big. There are two manga from Part 2 missing. I had to look this up to be sure and since a friend told me about the anime. I really hope it's fixed as I want to read them before continuing the series!

I love my books with good plots and perfect covers, no imperfections on it. This book has a great story and came in great condition, highly recommend.

I am obsessed with this series

I completely love this story. It is a easy read and the story is quite fascinating. I enjoy this written story and it's accompaning anime.

Myne's slice-of-life story continues on her path to adulthood much like the previous parts. Again, great world building, although more about how common people life their daily lifes and not the bigger picture. We do get to see a little of that as she is about to set her first steps into the world of nobles. The characters are also developed as well, especially in the string of short stories after the epilogue. They are a great addition. Now if only Myne's bookreading quirk was not so extreme to make me almost put the book away. At least it only happened once and actually causes her personality to grow.... I am realky looking forward to the next part and how religion and nobles work in this world.

Isekai is a fun genre but Miya Kazuki tells a truly unique take on the genre. This third installment of the first part is my favorite of the collection thus far as the scope of emotion conveyed pushes into the realm of the masterful.Having seen the anime I came here looking for more of the story and I have been far from disappointed. I look forward to the next installment and the next.I would note that the translation is quite good, but I am missing the notes describing any colloquialisms or puns that are often lost in such work.

this series is just amazing! one of the best isenkai's i've read.sure it shares the typical low page count that is this horrid light novel plague and per page count its pricey but still worth it...*grumble grumble* stupid Japanese with their lame low page count bullcrap....Other then that i can only love this series..I basically listen to books as close to 24/7 as possible so i share that in common with the main character...i can well and truly appropriate her frustration with not having access to books.

Wow so much happened in this book and 2 of my fav scenes in the story brought me to tears. I'm so excited to see how she does dealing more with nobles and the church. Most of all i love her father and his passion to protect his family and encourage her in her dreams. (He's also probably the funniest character.)Once again highly recommend!

I'm so hooked on these novels, this is my second read thru of them in a year. My friend lent me most of the books to read but Im buying them just so I can have my own copy for rereading many times in the future.Great character development, great world building, super feel good vibes.I HIGHLY recommend this series to ANYONE who wants a page turner. However if you want to get anything done irl don't buy these books. They suck you away into reading land and you totally loose track of time.

Ascendance of a Bookworm is a truly enchanting series. I find myself rereading over and over the lightnovels. Characters are spectacular and have depth and growth. An intriguing world filled with both drama, humour and wholesomeness. Cannot recommend more.

My 18 year old loves the series and keeps asking for the next one

The story is fascinating especially translated from Japanese. Myne is a wonderful character who just pulls you along as she struggles with her own limitations.
