It really works. My neck is much smoother and wrinkles have reduced. Very easy to use. Application goes on smoothly.

I had read a feature on creams specially for necks, most of which were above £100. I researched the ingredients of them and then looked for a cheaper alternative with the same ingredients, and found this one. I have given 5* in the wrinkle department, but this is not to say it's a miracle and wrinkles have disappeared, this means that it performs as well as much more expensive products on the market which I have used. Whilst it is a subjective and totally personal view, I do believe when I look in the mirror or take selfies that there has been an improvement in the texture and look of my skin. At this price, it's certainly worth you buying because, even if you don't find an improved look specifically, what you do have here is a moisturiser with a really beautiful feel that absorbs perfectly and leaves skin feeling very smooth indeed. I am very happy with this product especially at the price, because this price is a bargain for a moisturiser of this quality without being a specialist area one.

I'm truly amazed at the difference this cream had made to the appearance and texture of the skin on my neck. Within two or three days I could see an improvement. I had started to notice a crepy look to my skin and this cream has made my skin more even and much smoother. It has a pleasant smell, not overpowering and the cream itself absorbs easily and isn't greasy. I've started to use it on my face now and I'll be buying another pot very soon. Not exaggerating but there seems to be some sort of magical ingredient in this cream. The affect is remarkable. I'm now adding to my original review. I can't rate this product highly enough. The results were so good on my neck I now use it all over my face too and my skin feels and looks great! I'm on my third pot. At one point it was out of stock on here so I even ordered it from America...Amazon.com! Glad to see a lower price on here now than when I first purchased it, so I'm going to be stocking up. Definitely recommend to anyone.

This cream feels luxurious and is an excellent moisturiser BUT I have been using it morning and night for nearly three weeks now and it is showing no signs of living up to its claims. I have a small area of vertical crepey lines on my neck and whilst I was certainly not expecting a miracle I was hoping that there would be at least a tiny improvement. That was all I was asking for but this cream has had no effect whatsoever. If you are simply looking for a cream that has excellent moisturising capabilities then you will probably be very happy with it but if you want it to live up to its claims then it is likely that you will be very disappointed.

I love this cream - i am 68 and had recently lost weight, which made all my body more crepey, especially my neck. The HSBCC Neck firming Cream certainly does something and my neck is definitely less wrinkly after using it night and morning, for about 4 weeks. I forgot to take a before picture. I use it on my face also as i love the texture and it absorbs well and makes my skin feel soft and moisturised, it must also be having a firming effect. The scent is also very pleasant - and i am super-fussy about how cosmetics smell. Very happy with the results after only one pot of this lovely cream!

I have been using this product for approximately one month now. It is a very good multi benefit cream. I didn’t currently have issues with sagging skin, as I bought this cream more as a prophylactic so that it doesn’t develop in the future. I’m turning 36 in a few months, and while I have always been cognizant of skin care, I am now focusing more on anti-aging. It’s very moisturizing, I use it on my face and neck twice daily and it is on of the last steps in my routine (I only use squalane oil and then mineral sunscreen afterwards). I definitely feel like it is firming my skin, and it’s gentle enough for the under eye area. I pat the cream around my under eye area, and then I use two fingers in an outward motion on my face, and an upward motion on my neck to apply. I would recommend people not use the pump feature, and just unscrew the cap and dip your (clean) fingers directly into the product. I say this because you will use less cream this way, as with the pump feature I feel you dispense more cream than needed, and use an excess than necessary on your face. While using the pump feature, I went through the entire jar in about two weeks. A little goes along way, and you have more control with how much you are using if you unscrew the cap. Another thing I love about this product is that it is silicone free, which is something I have transition to in the past six months for my skincare. If you haven’t silicone free, I highly recommend you research the benefits and consider doing so yourself. I am hoping this product will help prevent fine lines and wrinkles, as well as sagging skin in the future. If anything should change, I will update my review. The seller was fast with shipping and I received my products within a few days of ordering. The price is reasonable in comparison to other products that claim to do the same things. I will continue to purchase here on Amazon.

This cream is not greasy yet very moisturising. Neck feels smooth. It seems as good as an expensive one that I'm currently using. Will buy again.
