LOVE the Lifter glosses! I was specifically looking for affordable Fenty dupes and came across this line. To start my journey, I bought the Lifter Gloss in "Ice" and "Stone". Both neutral options, look very natural on any skin tone. Ice is clear with a hint of soft pink. Stone goes on creamy peachy brown, but quickly changes to a more clear gloss with a hint of peach. I like to pair the "Stone" gloss with the Lifter pencil in "On It", and I pair "Ice" with the Lifter pencil in "Line Leader". The gloss effect lasts an hour or so, and the pencil can last hours depending on your application. Personally, I like to reapply the gloss throughout the day, because the HA in the gloss is perfectly hydrating, and there is a slight vanilla or coconut taste when you first apply the gloss. The pencil liners apply silky smooth -- and the liner actually works! -- it keeps my gloss from feathering or moving into skin imperfections/age lines around my lips. I can't find a single "con" to the Lifter glosses or lip pencils. I started this journey to find an affordable option that performs like Fenty. I think the price and high quality performance of the Maybelline Lifter products cannot be beat! Recommendations: select your favorite color by looking through the color charts -- but pay close attention to the charts showing each color on variable skin tones (i.e., light skin tone, medium, dark). I recommend starting with the color "Ice"- it's truly neutral with a hint of pink and looks beautiful on every skin type and skin color. Definitely try the Lifter lip pencil in "Line Leader" - it pairs beautifully with most every neutral gloss in the product line -- AND BONUS -- it applies as a silky matte that you can either line your lip and add gloss, OR fill your full lip with the liner to use as a matte option. You'll LOVE that it is dependable and stays in place. UPDATE: I purchased the gloss in "Opal" and I pair it with the Lifter pencil in "Line Leader" (my go-to liner)! The Opal gloss is a neutral, clear gloss with a slight pink pigment and just a hint of gold sparkle. The slight sparkle is the only thing that separates "Opal" from the color "Ice". Gorgeous! I love them both! These are fantastic Fenty dupes. I highly recommend the Mabelline Lifter glosses in Ice and Opal. Highly recommend the Lifter pencil in "Line Leader".

I've tried a lot of drugstore lip glosses, and this Maybelline gloss is one of the better ones I've used. The formula feels smooth and comfortable on the lips without that heavy, sticky feeling that many glosses have. It gives a really pretty shine that makes my lips look fuller and more hydrated. The applicator is large enough to cover the lips quickly, and the color goes on evenly with good pigmentation for a gloss. I also appreciate that it doesn't settle into lip lines or feel gritty. The shine lasts a decent amount of time, although I do reapply after eating or drinking. What stood out most to me was how moisturizing it felt throughout the day. My lips stayed comfortable and didn't feel dry once the gloss wore off. The scent is pleasant without being overpowering. Overall, this is a great everyday lip gloss that delivers shine, comfort, and hydration at an affordable price. I would definitely purchase it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a glossy lip product that doesn't feel sticky.

Nice color. Not a saturated color at all. More sheer than expected compared to what the tube looks like. I do hate the tube. It is way too bulky for no reason. Not portable in pockets or small bag. It is very moisturizing though! I have dry chapped lips all the time and lip “oils” actually worsen it. This helped noticeably. Color and gloss do not last though. Maybe lasts 10 minutes for appearance but I’d say moisturization does last longer.

I'm not a huge fan of lip gloss, but I really like this formula. It's not greasy and has staying power, and really conditions my dry lips with just the right amount of shine (I avoid the ones with additional shimmer, because that is too much for me). This is what I hoped for, a subtle bright. A nice bright raspberry shade that isn't out of place on my face, especially since it is sheer and, yes, I blot it. I don't know if it actually plumps the lips. The tingling sensation is barely there, very gentle and not unpleasant. I feel like it may plump my lips slightly just from being nice and hydrating. I like to wear these glosses for just a hint of colour and a definite feeling that my lips are protected and nourished. It's almost more like skincare than makeup to me! I have dry lips, skin and hair, but oils don't work on my. I really tried to jump on the lip oil bandwagon, but honestly, I've hated every one I've tried. So I will stick to this and my nice, creamy lipsticks and a few other choice products that are comfortable and help me look and feel better!

Very nice gloss. Great texture, not too sticky, no funky smell or taste. Moon is my fave shade but I've tried others. Most of them incl Moon do not have a lot of color to them and aren't extremely shimmery. Not exactly clear gloss, but very subtle color and not glittery or metallic at all. From the outside it looks like it would have more shimmer to it. I wish it did, but If you like subtle gloss, this is for you. It's great for layering over dry-ish lipsticks. One thing I came to really like is the square shape of the case. It stays shut in your purse and it's easy to grab without looking because of the unique shape; you know right away what it is when you're rummaging around in your bag. Convenient when driving; you can keep eyes on the road. Weird thing to appreciate about a cosmetic, but I do. lol I think this is supposedly a "plumper" gloss but if it's got that acid in it meant to swell the lips, it must not be much. It doesn't irritate, burn or plump my lips at all. It's just nice gloss.

If you like the smell and taste of coconut this is for you. Sadly, I Do Not! The feel and color are fine.

Long lasting gloss, makes lips feel full and plush. Applies very nicely to the color is also beautiful and true to what it looks like in the tube
