It works but without being too tight or too drastic. Nobody's going to look at you and say, "WOW! Did you lose 20lbs overnight???" But if you have gynecomastia or maybe you've lost a bunch of weight and you're feeling uncomfortable with how things jiggle around, you'll be happy with it. It keeps everything reasonably well contained and makes your chest look more like you have proper pecs.Ordinarily, during the sweaty summer months, I would be constantly pulling my shirt away from my body and slouching forward to keep my shirt from clinging to the front of me. With the compression tank on, I -never- worry about it and I can just focus on what I'm doing.
