**Q: What is the best way to install this device? The one I have flew off tonight and I'm not sure which end screws on to the trolley screw.**
A: The hex end screws on to the trolley shaft. The square end is for releasing the spring.

**Q: Does the kit include the bolt that the tensioner attaches to?**
A: No. The only item that is included is the tensioner itself.

**Q: How long is the spring when expanded & operational. I had to remove mine, and need to compress it back**
A: Don’t try and reset the old one. Replace it with is new one for $4.33.

**Q: Does this part need to be greased?**
A: No, it does not.  It comes with an oily film on the part and needs no more lubrication.
