Came in crappy packaging.
The packaging was crap - you could smell the contents before even removing the packaging and it looked pretty beat up. Fortunately, it seemed to have survived the brutal treatment it seemed to have been subjected to. The only reason I even bought the product was to see if I liked them enough to make it from scratch myself - and I did. I am a little concerned about the nutritional value listed on the packaging, as I sincerely doubt that half of the package is one serving, but I'll make it for myself from here on out anyway.

Kind of marshmallow-ey with an off taste of vanill in one and maybe strawberry in the other. Bought it cuz was created for Catherine the Great, so was curious. Back then it was probably something very special....

Pastilas, theyre good
I got these as a gift from my mom, and honestly they're pretty good! They're Russian confectionery that basically are like a makeshift marshmallow, to say lightly, made typically from an apple puree (which these are). Itโs soft, light and airy but not really at the same time. You can taste the sugar granules in each bite and it has a good apple taste while having the taste of cream of strawberry, so honestly if you don't like apples, I would avoid these. These come in a 10 pack, one serving size is 2 bars. While these taste good, I would not recommend these if you're trying to watch your sugar intake, for one serving consists of 33g and thats for only TWO bars. This is why I gave it a 4 star rating, I like to avoid high sugar but I didn't know they'd be high until they arrived. The bars are a medium ish size, 1inW x 2.5 inchL x 1inH (? This is just an estimate) and it is not resealable. The ingredients seem trustworthy, except for a few Iโm not fully sure of; sulphur dioxide, trisodium citrate Overall good. I would try these again
