Will my cat at 6.6 lbs need a small or medium?

My cat is 11.5 pounds and uses a medium. The small was too tight. But it should be ok for your cat.

Does it fit for my Chihuahua?

I think ok, but you should measure your dog first and buy according to the size chart.

Does this particular item come in different colors other than the Black/white and pink/black? I would love to purchase different color options.

I've tried to reorder this item but it appears that it is unavailable. But it did come in different colors. I liked the black and white because it actually matched my cat's coat (he's not plaid, but you know what I mean).

yes. and it runs extremely small. I returned it
