This mirror looks great- so much better than my previous more expensive one. I’m so happy with it, and visitors that have seen it have taken the details to buy themselves one. The de-mister function is useful and although isn’t immediate it does clear in a couple of minutes.Fairly easy to install, although I had a problem measuring out the holes through my own incompetence, and other items I’ve bought have made this process easier by providing wall templates.My one real gripe the power button is illuminated blue when the light is off, which serves as a night light in the dark. I find this quite handy, although it means at night I have to keep my bathroom door shut to prevent it from lighting up the whole landing.

Liked everything, have a similar one twice as big but it cost four time more.

The media could not be loaded.  Gorgeous mirror but we have just finished our new bathroom installation and noticed the glass in the mirror has a defect in that it has a flaw which distorts your reflection.We purchased it in Oct & put it up a week or so ago but builders just finished today so when we removed the sticky film protector could see it was faulty. We are now out of return date policy on Amazon (Nov) so unable to select a return/replacement in my Amazon account.Please can you help arrange this ASAP?
