Dont Expect BOSCH to Help
**14 months.** That’s how long my $4,000 Bosch refrigerator (model B36CT80SNS/10) lasted before the compressor died — a *sealed‑system failure*, the kind that should never happen this early. Bosch’s own authorized technician told me they **don’t repair compressors** because the labor cost is too high… meaning the unit is basically a throwaway. And even though the compressor is still under Bosch’s 2‑year parts warranty, they offered me only a **50% “prorated replacement”** — for a failure that screams *manufacturing defect*. A major appliance should last YEARS, not barely one. A sealed system should last a decade, not 14 months. I’m in Massachusetts, where appliances are legally expected to last a “reasonable period of time.” A sealed‑system failure at 14 months is **not reasonable**. Bosch: you can do better. Stand behind your products. Honor your warranty. Fix the problem you manufactured. I’m asking for a **full goodwill replacement**, not a half‑price apology. #Bosch #BoschAppliances #ConsumerRights #Warranty #DoBetterBosch #MassachusettsConsumerProtection
