What are the measurements in inches.

According to Amazon: inside diameter and V groove width = 4mm = 0.1575 inch, outside diameter = 13mm = 0.5119 inch, groove deepnes = 1.5mm = 0.05905 inch. I use them to guide curtain cord.

I haven't seen any rust as of yet. The device I built that uses them is in my garage so doesn't get direct water on it, but it does get pretty humid.
