This an an awesome setup! (But not for the tech-challenged)
First, let’s talk about the sound quality. I was originally looking for a really great set of headphones that I could plug-in and get truly great sound. When these headphones popped up in the suggestions I was skeptical. That lasted until my first listen. All of my guitars sound crisp and clear and bright. The sound is actually better than my beats studio threes and I imagine they would compare favorably to any other $400 pair of headphones. Now let’s talk about the tech. Being able to plug-in the little fob into my guitar and have it play through the headphones is awesome! When I was first looking at headphones I told myself that I would be content dealing with the cord. This completely illuminates that. So strictly as a practice device you get fantastic sound quality and a no Mas no fuss set up with no wires. The tech contained in this unit is simply magnificent. It’s going to be a little bit difficult to describe but I’ll try. When everything is connected the app that runs on your smart phone can be set up so that as you move your head the sound of your guitar actually changes position. I know, it sounds weird. But it’s awesome! Imagine that you’re playing the guitar facing your amp and then you move your head to the left and the sound of the amp stays in the same position so it would be louder in your right ear which is closer to the speaker. And then as you move your head the other way it’s still seems like the amp hasn’t moved even though your head is moved. In one of the settings the 3-D sound that you’re getting from the headphones makes it seem like the speakers are behind you. So imagine that you’re fronting a band and the band is playing behind you and you were playing guitar in front of them. Yeah. It sounds like that. I highly recommend that you watch some of the videos so that you can see how this feature works. It’s like nothing else I’ve ever seen and it’s amazing to play with. Hearing is absolutely believing. If you are technologically challenged, this might not be the set up for you. There is a very specific set of instructions that you need to follow in order to set these up so that you can play your guitar and also listen to music streaming from your phone to play along with. If you do not follow the instructions or if you get impatient you are going to get frustrated. That being said, it’s worth taking the time, reading the instructions carefully, and making sure that you set everything up correctly. That investment of time and effort will pay huge dividends because this set up is like nothing you’ve ever Heard short of actually playing in front of a band. I highly recommend this.

This is quality gear and is worth the price!
As soon as you pull it out of the box it looks and feels like a quality product. When I unboxed it, in my excitement, I just turned the headset on, plugged in my bass, started a track on my iPhone and it worked. I couldn't believe it. It has some cool features so eventually you'll need to 'review' the user doc. But overall, the phone app is pretty intuitive. Since receiving the WAZA Air I have used it a lot. Occasionally the Bluetooth gets wonky, and you have to go through re-pairing. It would also be nice if the battery level was more apparent, you have to go into system settings to check it. I wish I had known they made a bass version, but I am very happy with what I have. It sounds and works great!

This is the best headphone practice device on the market.
This is the 3rd device I have bought. I avoided buying it before because of the cost. The problem is the cheaper ones sound like crap. This one sounds awesome. Lots of cool effects. It’s easy to balance the backing tracks with live guitar. Just awesome! You might as well save the money of trying cheaper ones so you don’t end up buying 3 like me. I first bought this at the big guitar store. It looked like the box had been opened and it was missing the cable and paperwork so is assumed it was a return. It kept disconnecting so I returned it. I ordered it again but this one from Amazon. After a couple hours I have yet to have any connectivity issues. If I do I think I would just tolerate it because there doesn’t seem to ge a good alternative.

Amazing for practice... but that's it?
These headphones are really cool! it really is a game changer to just plug in the transmitter, put the headphones on, and be playing wirelessly in a few seconds. Super simple to use, comfortable headphones, and great sound. Also worth noting that you can tweak the sounds infinitely on the boss tone central app and save up to 6 presets I believe. Which brings me to the one huge downside (for my use): You can't record out these sounds. This was a deal breaker for me and I went with a mustang micro instead. I did not like that I would be practicing and coming up with ideas and could not record them. Also, what's the point of having infinite sounds to tweak and presets if you can't ever use them in a recording? In conclusion, I think these headphones are the absolute best solution for PRACTICE. But that's it. hope this helps. cheers!

I forget I am wearing headphones!
These headphones are great. My little dog hates it when I plug my guitar into my amp even when the attenuator is set low. Whatever Boubou wants she gets. So I invested in some regular headphones and plugged them into a mini amp. Most uncomfortable. So I got these so I could practice. They are comfortable, The sound quality is great. The effects are there but my Les Paul doesn’t need any help to growl so I play mostly clean. And no cables to trip over. It’s incredible how these headphones make you feel like you are plugged into a real amp in a real room. It’s like a virtual venue. I forget I am wearing headphones at all and I can wear them for quite some time without getting tired. Boubou is more tolerant of them but she still doesn’t like it when I play. Probably because I play pretty badly. All in all I am very satisfied with them but they should have come with a case for the kind of money Boss wants for them. Pricey but worth it.

Expensive, but worth it!
Pro's: Very comfortable. These are made with quality in mind. Size is great and easy to adjust. Keeps a nice charge for a long time. The sound is amazing!!!! Con's: Very difficult to initially sync with bluetooth to guitar. There really is only 1 video out there to show how. Instructions are very hard to follow. Bluetooth also falls out of sync for no reason at all. Maybe Boss will come up with a patch that fixes it. The presets are great for the tone I like. You can also download tones from the Boss app on your phone. But beware!! These tones do not transfer to your boss amp settings when your Boss amp is connected to a computer. They don't tell you that in the advertising. They are expensive, but to me well worth it! My mother in law was in town and she doesn't understand Drop C tuning!! Ha!

Life changing
I've been a 'hobbyist musician' for over 20 years. I mostly like to just learn and play along with records and do a bit of home recording. Over that time I've gone through my fair share of gear. After a few months of owning these headphones I can say hands down these are the most impactful piece of equipment on improving my playing. They just make it so much easier to practice any time or place and the sound quality is great. They made me want to practice ALL the time and of course, that's a great way to start a positive feedback loop of practicing more leading to improving faster leading to even more desire to practice. I wish I would've purchased when they first came out! The sound quality and experience brings you closer to your instrument, becoming more aware of getting good tone, articulation and limiting little mistakes (string noise etc). I might soon take the 'hobbyist' nomer out and just start considering myself a musician through and through, thanks to these. EXTREMELY highly recommended, definitely worth the money.

Do not buy. Won't connect to app, so utterly useless 400 headphones.
I bought these so I could practice guitar in my small apt. You're better off buying a practice amp and a pair of plug in head phones because this just flat out will not work for many, and it's too much of a gamble relying on the app to work. As others have written here, these headphones are totally reliant on an IOS or Android app to run. If you cannot get it connected via bluetooth to your phone or tablet, the headphones will not work - you will hear sound from the guitar but you won't be able to change the settings for the sound, such as gain/distortion, effects, tones, etc. For this reason I have to give it a one star. There is no way to use the headphones without the app, and the app, as others have reported here, may or may not work. For me, it did not work, so I submitted a request to return. However, if you are happy hearing sound and not being able to control any settings on the amp, the headphones do in fact work to deliver sound wirelessly from guitar to headphone, and yes, you can pair another source such as computer audio via bluetooth to the headphones for simultaneously playing from an audio source plus your guitar at the same time. Again, however, BELIEVE the reviews. The app MAY NOT WORK and you will be unable to modify the sound so you better be happy with how it will sound out of the box. Thanks.

I'm FREE !
I'm free from tangled up cables, Headphone cables always in the way. All I want to do is grab my guitar, put the Waza air phones on and play.I could lay down on my bed get comfortable be relaxed and play better. I could even go out on my balcony on a beautiful day and play guitar outside, or on the beach,in the park, even take it camping. No Latency with Waza Air. Great sounding headphones. Comfortable over the ear and removable ear pads, just pull them off if they ever need to be replaced, they easily snap back on,held in place with strong magnets, don't worry they won't budge. High quality guitar headphones they could easily handle loud electric guitar and bass with no fear of blowing them out. You even get those great BOSS pedal effects and 5 amplifier sounds. I'm glad I finally got this Waza-Air system. Plus, and I must be honest here, I love playing it, it is so choice , if you have the means I highly recommend picking one up.

Superb Product
These headphones are an absolutely superb quality product. If your looking to practice or jam along with backing tracks recordings etc. Look no further you will not be disappointed. Used with a headless Steinberger GT Pro guitar makes a lot of sense when jamming layed back on the couch or traveling. Small light and compact combination, without the loss of sonic quality. Highly recommended for keeping up your guitar practice in your own private space without disturbing others. No distractions…

Excelente

Perfect practice tool
I like the ambient room feel. Was a little confusing to connect Bluetooth midi and audio, but once you have it connected it is great! I like that I can jam with YouTube backing tracks or play along to learn songs using the Bluetooth audio in the one headphone amp.
