I love this bait. I would put it in the category of a cross between a buzz bait and a folding crank bait. It's great because you get the action of a buzz bait but when you stop cranking, the lure just sits there and floats there like a floating crank bait. When I saw this lurer on a fishing show I loved the action it has I knew if I bought it I would catch fish on it so...I bought 2 of these Chopo baits... 1 is the 1/2 Oz75 mm size size lure and the se one I bought is the size above this 1/2 Oz size. I have not yet tried the larger size yet for the reason that the water is just starting to warm up and in the earlier season I feel smaller baits get hits more. I have the best luck water depth of 3 ft to 6 foot approx. And the best spots in that dept have rock stumps or weeds submerged. Cast this lure out and stop the cranking after 3 to 5 cranks...then crank 2 cranks then stop...let lure sit there and repeat ...and wait for the strike the bass 9 times out of 10 in my experience don't hit it on a steady retrieve but they hit the lure when you stop the bait so make sure to pause. Great bait buy it you won't regret it. Just cast it over and around submerged structure and wait for the strike !!!!

I had my Choppo for about 20 minutes. The lure flies through the air very well and makes great noise and motion while moving through the topwater. Sadly, my lure is no longer with us because my kiddo insisted on trying my baitcaster and the lure is now floating in the middle of a pond because of a tremendous backlash and turtles cutting the line. I would recommend buying one. Well built and worth it..

In waiting. Used drop-shot worms last out though. I have used my guide's said bait earlier (May) & it worked very well indeed. I expect this one I purchased to be doing the same. Happy fisherman here.

Yo in Pennsylvania this thing is my favorite lure for largemouth bass!! I have had amazing results with it, fish of all sizes hit this thing. Can't resist that plop plop plop plop lol

Arriver dans les temps et la qualité etais au rendez vous je l'ai malheureusement perdu après quelques lancer du a des foutu swivel cheap l'anneau du swivel a ouverte puisque j'ai eu un backlash dans mon moulinet et sa bloqué
