Amazing stuff
I did extensive research on chains lubes for my race bike. I tried many different brands, mostly waxed based but others as well. This stuff is truly something different. It’s very thin so it penetrates right into the rollers where it needs to be. It smells interesting but I kinda like the scent.I have not had the chance to take it out to the dirt yet to see how clean it stays but WOW, the chain is so smooth and quiet with this lube. I am excited to get it out there and see how it does.

Best Chain Lube
This is the best chain lube I have used. Easy to apply I am getting between 400 to 500 Miles between lubes.BUY IT, USE IT, LOVE IT.

Great for road bikes, not so great for dusty MTB
I bought this lube based on reviews. I followed the instructions and thoroughly cleaned the chains I've put it on before use by removing them and using degreaser several times, then a very good rinse and drying. It is quite good on the road bikes in dry conditions, and lasts at least 200 miles before the chain starts to get a little loud and annoying. It still shifts fine, though, so while I think their 500 mile claim is fantastical, 300 miles is not out of the realm of possibility if you can tolerate a little noise. It does stay very clean and pretty dry as well.On the MTB it's not nearly as good. It's been a very dry year, so I can't comment on its performance in wet conditions, but in our dust it really only performs well for about 20 miles. On rides longer than that I carry a small bottle and re-apply. I'll probably go back to the Rock-N-Road Extreme (blue) for mtb. the RNR doesn't last any longer, but it does stay cleaner and is easier to apply and less expensive than this EP Ultra.Overall the EP Ultra is yet another chain lube that makes bold claims and fails to live up to them. I've been riding for over 25 years, and have tried a lot of them. (And I ride about 200 miles a week, so I have a decent amount of data.)

Very good chain lube.
My opinion is this is a well engineered lube. I applied 2 coats 24 hours apart 475 miles ago. No chainring tattoos, just a clean dry lube. I wipe the chain and chainrings after every ride. I think it will out perform the stated 500 mile interval life.I would buy this chain lube again. The standard lube gave very good results during a lubricity test.
