If you are like me, migraines since I was 14, you have bought every gadget, cream, &pill to alleviate the pressure. Mine is on my right eye area every time. I was given one similar to this one & lost it. I was so upset bc it was something i couldnt live w/out. I found this one on amazon, when i recvd it it didnt feel the same etc so i requested a refund. Seller told me to keep it & issued refund w/out hesitation. Awesome. I tried looking for a replacement and gave up. Pulled this out & started using it 10 +migraines ago. I now dont sleep w/out it. I would like to pay for it again out of good faith and apologize for not giving it a moment when i first got it. It has the right material. Feels cold when u need it. Warm if temp heats up. And the thing i cant do without is the compression. It is perfect and helps tremendously! I dont even know if u can heat up or make colder. Ill have to ck but as far as the product, it is top notch. Thank u to the seller! Cant sleep without it.

This is an awesome product. Easy to maneuver around with and durable material. It recommends to take out of the freezer and leave out for 10-20 depending on how cold you want it. It’s so cold that it’s barely tolerable straight out of the freezer. (For me I need it frozen lol) it’s a solid material or at least it feels like it so I don’t think it’s like traditional that tend to leak or could leak. It’s like a solids gel. Extremely flexible, I think this would fit 95% of people’s heads. Great buy.

Works great! The size is well and stretches and it is relaxing wearing it. You can’t really move with it because it covers over your eyes. There are no velcro straps because you just put it on over your head. I does not work well with heat retention but it works well with cold retention.

I’ve had this thing for less than 24hrs but I can already tell it’s going to be a game changer! Coming out of the package it was already cool to the touch. I stuck it in the freezer for 30minutes (I’m impatient) and I’m never going to take it off. The quality it amazing, the gel is soft. I made my roommates try it and they are now ordering their own!

I suffer from migraines and this thing is amazing! It’s so cooling and makes me fall asleep like a baby when I have it on! I absolutely love it so much I lost it under my bed and had to buy another one. I found the other one so now I have 2 and don’t even care!

So far this is a wonderful product. My son unfortunately get migraines. He has a eye mask made with gel beads but when frozen it was hard as a rock so not very comfortable to wear while dealing with a migraine. It got a hole in it so, Amazon to the rescue! This cap is very comfortable to wear and fits my 10 year olds head perfectly. It's not heavy. We have not used it warmed up but I'm sure it would be fantastic.

Phenomenal! That's all. Get one.It does need to warm up a bit ( for me) upon getting it out of freezer but this did the trick. Wore it all night because it was so comfy
