Men's Convertible Hiking Pants: 3 in 1 Zip-Off for Travel

These pants are really comfortable and perfect for hiking, travel, and everyday outdoor use. The material feels lightweight but still durable, and I like that they dry quickly and have some stretch, so they’re easy to move around in. The zip-off design is very convenient when the weather changes, and the L and R zipper labels make it much easier to convert them back into pants. The pockets are also a big plus — deep enough for a phone, keys, wallet, and other small items. Overall, these are great convertible hiking pants for the price. Comfortable fit, useful pockets, and very practical for camping, fishing, traveling, or just casual wear.

So excited to get this hiking pants today. Arrived super fast and well packaged. I ordered the dark grey because I figured it will stand dirt and dust better as this will be used for camping, hiking and outdoor activities. The pants looks even better in real life. Material: The material is lightweight and appears will stand up to wear, and of good quality. It has elasticity and won't tear easy and not some cheap material. It is very comfortable to wear and there is no scuff point. Seams are well stitched and appears strong. I would say this is a pair of quality hiking/outdoor pants. This is perfect for our weather here in California, it is resistant to wind, warm enough for chilly weather and breathable for those hot California days. Fit: I ordered Large. I am between sizes (M & L) for this. The fit is a little loose for me because of that, as you can see in the pictures. I believe if I get one in size M, it will be a perfect fit, and that is what I plan to do. Because of the elasticity of the material and the cut, I can see these will be a great pair of pants when you have to stretch, climb and such. It allows a great range of motion and let you do it very comfortably. There are belt loops for those who prefer to wear a belt and the waistband has elastic on the sides for a perfect fit. Color: The color is dark grey and in real life it is as expected. Although the Amazon's dark grey picture, seems a little brownish. Design: These pants have everything I want in term of storage. It has a total of FIVE pockets. On top of the 2 regular pants pockets, it has a zippered left thigh pocket and a flapped velcro right thigh pocket. AND the back pocket is zippered. I can't see I would ever run out of storage option with this pants. Very helpful to carry small items, phone, snack bar etc. on long hikes. The pants are convertible to shorts, you simple unzip the lower part of the pant legs, and quite easily convert back to long pants. They even tagged (on the inside there's a small tag) the lower pant legs with "R" and "L" so you know which one goes where. The zippers looks and feels good and smooth. I had other hiking pants that do the same and is a feature that I love. Not only that, these have buttons by your knees where you can roll up your pant legs and secure it to the buttons. Good for when you hike thru water/streams. AND another feature is the velcro at the bottom hem that allows you to tighten the opening of your pant legs to keep pesky bugs out. These design features I don't expect at this price and quality and very useful. Overall I am very happy with these pants and believe the value can't be beat. I am very sure I will spend a lot of hours in this pants. If the material is as long lasting as I expect, I will very soon buy a few more of these. I hope they come out with more colors such as navy, khaki, dark brown, camo, etc. UPDATE: My order of this in size M came in today. As expected, it fits absolutely perfect. So happy.

They’re quick-drying, lightweight, and breathable, keeping myself and my boys cool and comfortable. The fit is excellent — not restrictive or stiff — and the tailoring feels high quality. They were perfect for our fishing trip; we spent days pushing through weeds and brush to reach the best fly-fishing spots and wading through streams. Note: sizing can be a little off — I typically wear a 38" waist and ended up having to purchase a 3XL to get the right fit. Ideal for hiking, fishing, or any outdoor adventure!

I really like these pants! I have to wear passable bisiness casual pants for work no matter how hot and humid the weather is. Kind of an absurd rule given how unprofessional a sweaty mess looks. However these are the best pants I have been able to find. They are lighter and more breathable than columbia sportsware convertable pants yet the material seems as, if not more, resilliant. Super comfortable and a good balance between loose fitting and dressy-ish looking. Also the any-directional stretch feels amazing- like a 2nd skin! I literally ordered 5 additional pairs and sent back 3 other brands I was testing, including Columbia Sportsware that had cost the same when the brand was on sale. If you find a pant that beats em- ESPECIALLY FOR THE VALUE- please let me know! 36-37in waist XXL fit is perfect.

First trying on these pants and I really enjoyed how they felt and fit. I tried the zipper to convert to shorts and was super simple. Even putting them back on which I thought would be complicated was easy. Can’t wait to take them on their first trip to Yosemite and really try them out.

I bought two pairs, a sage green and a dark khaki - same pair of pants, same size, etc. The sage green material is great, quiet when walking, light and feels nice. It's made of polyester and spandex. But the khaki is nylon and spandex. It make noise as you walk and feels stiff. I'm keeping the sage green and returning the khaki. I need both pairs so I'll look for another brand and seller. UPDATE 1: I'm revising my review to 5 stars because it was my fault not to notice that the dark khaki are described as nylon/spandex on the website. I ordered the lighter khaki which is identical to the green and I'm very happy with it. I'm a woman but for hiking and traveling I usually buy men pants because they are better made, have shorter inseam and have deeper packets than women outdoor pants. These ones fit me really well, not baggy like other men pants. UPDATE 2: Recently I ordered the same pants but in gray. Seems like they no longer sell the original product made with lightweight breathable material and now all pants regardless of color are made of a nylon blend. They are still comfortable and water resistant, but the material is noisy and not as soft feeling as the old ones. Not buying again from this brand.

I bought these pant for my husband for our trip to Bryce and Zion National Parks. The temperatures fluctuated a lot. The functionality of being able to unzip the legs and have shorts was useful. He found the pants to be very comfortable and liked the stretchy give the material allowed. I did buy him one size larger based on a previous review and found it fit perfectly. The zippers seemed to be a good quality. We are very happy with this purchase.

Super practico para viajes. El color negro la tela parece pantalon de vestir desde algunos ángulos, pero en general de buena calidad. En climas calidos es excelente.

Die Hose ist aus einem sehr leichten Stoff hergestellt und trägt sich ausgesprochen angenehm. Auch die ZIP-Off Funktion der unteren Hosenbeine funktioniert astrein und ohne hakeln oder verklemmen. Die Größe der Hose passt genau zu den Angaben, also alles bestens.

Bin kein Schmalhans, aber die Hose ist Top, zum Wandern oder Freizeit gern zu empfehlen.... man spürt sie gar nicht, würde sie wieder kaufen
