It doesn't take a rocket scientist to properly screw on the cap of a container of oil. When I checked the cap, it was loose and not firmly screwed on. The box arrived soaked with oil and had also soaked the other box in my order and I presume soaked the boxes for other customers.UPDATE: the seller keeps sending me emails and says the shipping company is to blame for the leaking oil when in fact it was the cap on their oil container that was screwed on too loosely that caused the oil to leak. In those six or so emails the seller offers me gift certificates of ever increasing value if I will remove this negative review and has not accepted the blame or apologized to me for sending the oil with a loose cap. Their oil is probably fine but their integrity lacks a lot to be desired. I suspect after this review they will double check that the cap is screwed on tightly.

The oil was fine, arrived completely sealed, packaging good. The only negative is the price. Saw the same thing in the store a few days after receiving this for $8.00 less

Didn’t really notice a flavor and there where less expensive oils out there but figured we give it a go with this it burnt really fast and oil went black in no time oil never went over 350 but we cooked turkey chicken and ribs in this but other then that it didn’t go to bad

We buy this every year near Thanksgiving. It usually last us around six months or more. A good quality cooking oil.

Nothing like peanut oil. The price was right and convenient to have delivered during the Covid crisis.

Well I basically ordered to deep fry turkey. It definitely did the job. Ease of ordering through Amazon. It was a bit pricey though.

Received in perfect condition and was over a year away from expiration date. Thank you Gael's Market for the extras thrown in!
