This was a good deal but be careful about OD'ing on vitamin A and E. I got a floater a year and a half ago after getting on statins and was taking this daily for about a year! Thank God the doctor asked me what vitamins and supplements I was taking. My facial skin was starting to peel and I just thought it was old age🤔 Nope, I was OD'ing on vitamin A. I take this about once a week now at the most but I definitely need it.

I like this brand & I like that these are a gel caps, easy to swallow, no odor or taste & only have to take 1. I do wish it was combined with Vitamin D3, K2, & Magnesium.

Love this! I keep mine in the fridge during summer to keep them from getting ‘cloudy’. No taste, skin looks better, pill size and texture make them easy to take.

I like micronutrients but I had not realized this is an extreme dosage and is actually very toxic (being an oil that is stored in the body rather than being easily eliminated makes this dosage doubly dangerous). Cannot return so I am very sadly cancelling.

I wear glasses about three years ago.I had to go into buy focals which I was not really interested in.I bought progressives instead, and you know what?I think I just may go back to buy focals which I never had cuz.They're nice, but you have to look at them.Sometimes a certain way, in order to see down the road and I don't know.I'm just not thrilled.I bought vitamin a because a it's hard to find vitamin a.Also I wanted vitamin a.So I can stick a needle in, and I can use it on my face.Because vitamin a, which is retinol, is good on your face to help with discoloration hyperpigmentation, things like that.So any rate i'm giving that a try.Maybe it'll also help my nail strength.I've only been using it a few weeks and I cannot say i've been consistent because i've also been in the hospital.But they're small tablets, very small, like the size of a coffee bean a little bit smaller, and they're very good, a lot of people have had good experience with them.And i'm not talking about people who've gotten it for free.Real people that actually bought it.So i'm going to give it a couple months.See how it goesAnd I'll update from there

Another win for Micro Ingredients supplements. Subtle coconut smell, no upset stomach, and seems to be good quality and you get a good quantity for the price paid. I feel I'm doing something good for my body.
