**Q: can this also charge the batteries when not in use?**
A: There is a HUGE limition here. It will only charge OR power your devices. So if you pluin in power+ it stops powering anything plugged into it. So  say plug the power+ into the wall and have a refrigerator plugged into it during a rolling blackout. So the batteries can try to get some charge between blackouts. During that charging time your refrigerator will be without power.

**Q: Can you use a 7.5 amp battery and 5.0 amp battery on this at the same time?**
A: Hi there, excellent question! Yes, you can use different size EGO batteries at the same time. Thank you for your question.

**Q: How can i ensure ego products purchased on amazon are covered by ego’s warranty?**
A: If I recall correctly, when registering the item with ego one of the options was to show proof of purchase through Amazon

**Q: would you be able to use one battery at a time?**
A: Yes, you can use any number of batteries from 1 to 4. I tested mine with two batteries to run a 1200-watt microwave, and it worked fine. I didn't try it with one battery, and I don't know whether it would have worked. One battery might have limited capability to power a high-wattage appliance. Of course, the more batteries you use, the longer you'll be able to run a given appliance.
