Is the anchor moveable or able to detach to play with?

When you receive it, you have to put it together. My son said the anchor doesn't come off but you have to build it.

Front upper deck indicates four "B" screws but they just slide in and show through in some random holes on deck, and then fall out again. Ideas?

Are you sure you’re putting in right place? I found all screws fit perfectly.

Does this have small wheels on the bottom that help it glide across the floor?
