Sturdy, quiet and perfect length for 9 ft ceilings
Very easy to install and works perfectly with the hanging chair I bought. Doesn’t creak and is easy to keep the chair facing whatever direction I want. I installed indoors and it feels very sturdy (did lots of measuring to make sure it drilled into ceiling joists). Very happy with this choice!

Fits on 2x6 perfectly
I had an egg swing I wanted to hang from my patio ceiling. This was easy to install and very secure. The extra length of chain was needed as well

All in one kit but could be found cheaper individually
All the parts are sound but I regret the purchase because they could have been pieced together at a hardware store if I wasn't lazy about it. Be sure to add a few drops of oil or another lubricant to the swivel or you'll get some squeaking.
