Good rulers for 10ths and 100ths visual measurement
These rulers are perfect for my needs. I am measuring the placement of text blocks on a printed page, and the 10ths and 100the marks are clear and easily readable. I can't speak to the 'accuracy' of the marks, but I'm not doing machining, so they are plenty accurate for my needs. If you are a machinist, you'll probably want to invest in a good micrometer or caliper (guess-o-meter), but if your accuracy needs don't rise to that level, these rulers are very nice. The 12 inch length of the ruler is perfect for my needs since I am measuring items on a 8.5x11" page. The metal thickness is acceptable, and the marks are engraved and colored black, so I don't think they'll wear off any time soon. Overall, these rulers are a good value, and I would order them again!

Stainless steel quality at a great price
I ordered the 2 pack of stainless steel rulers for a specific project at work. I wanted quality and durability at a great price. These rulers are exactly that. The marks are etched in rather than just being printed on. I expect these will last for many years to come. I highly recommend this product. 5 stars!

Nice set of metal measuring rulers, very accurate
Overall, this Mr. Pen machinist ruler set is a really nice collection of metal measuring tools. Having the four different lengths (6, 8, 12, and 14 inches) covers just about any scale of project I need them for on my workbench. The stainless steel construction feels solid, heavy-duty, and has a good stiffness to it that resists bending or sliding around when you are trying to scribe a line. I really appreciate that they feature both metric and imperial scales, with highly detailed 1/64-inch and 0.5 mm graduation marks for precision work. The black-etched markings stand out nicely against the steel background, making it fast and easy to get a quick reading. The only reason Iโm knocking off one star is that the edges and corners on a couple of the rulers arrived feeling a little bit sharp right out of the package. It only takes a quick minute to knock the burrs down with a bit of fine sandpaper or an emery board, but itโs something to watch out for when you first handle them. Once those edges are smoothed out, itโs an excellent, highly accurate set of rulers that offers great value for the price!

Nice thin markings, easy to be precise
Note that the largest ruler does come with a sleeve just like the others; I just lost it. These four rulers are nice, made from stainless steel. The edges are sharp enough to slice you, which is good for accurately tracing lines. They come in two lengths and two widths. All measurements are in millimeters: The first is 355.50 long, 26.25ยฑ0.05 wide, 0.91ยฑ0.02 thick. The second is 304.50 long, 26.20ยฑ0.05 wide, 0.91ยฑ0.01 thick. The third is 203.00 long, 19.37ยฑ0.01 wide, 0.90ยฑ0.01 thick. The fourth is 152.00 long, 19.16ยฑ0.01 wide 0.90ยฑ0.01 thick. All measurements are approximate. All of them appear to be almost perfectly flat (which is impressive), and straight on the business edge. The markings are thin enough that you don't lose accuracy, and it is easy to precisely measure up to 500 microns. Even further, I found it easy to eyeball accurately down to 100 microns because the lines are so thin, straight and sharp. I also like the font. One issue you may note is that the ends are a cut a little bit rough. They have a slight bevel where a guillotine severed the length. Additionally, they do not appear to be perfectly perpendicular with the longest edges, and have a slight variance. This variance means that if you're trying to measure from the zero-end, your measurements will be off slightly. I have a picture attached with the markings lined up which illustrates this issue. It is more noticeable from the imperial side on the 300mm long ruler, which means that particular ruler has a slight offset on that specific side. As for the orange and transparent sleeves that they come with, I have a complaint. These are almost not worth keeping, but only almost. You can't hang them by a nail through the hole because the cut is on the wrong end (gravity), and this makes me wonder why the hole is there in the first place. The tops are also heat-sealed, which means that you can't remedy the problem by sealing the bottom and opening the top. I understand that these sleeves are almost definitively just for protecting the markings and brush texture during transit, and they are still useful for this purpose. Nevertheless, the material is thin and the design cuts prevent them from being more useful. It would have also been nice if cardboard outer-sleeve were more durable, as I would like to keep them in this. There is no easy way to open the package without ripping this packaging. All in all, great rulers for the price. Regardless of my complaints, this is still a 5/5 star item.

Precision tools.
Everything Iโve bought from Mr. Pen has turned out to be of exceptionally high quality, and these splendid little rulers are no exception. Theyโre precision tools. Inches and centimeters are shown in tiny fractions, clearly and durably printed on the edges. My only small complaint is that the edges are a little sharp in the hand, and should have been more smoothly polished.

Not accurate
Not a very accurate ruler, the edge of the rule wasn't even square but for the price what do you expect.

Bien
Si se ven bien. El acabado de los bordes un poco filoso. No tanto como para cortarse los dedos (creo).

All inches, binary and decimal fractions
Very clear. As described. Hundredths, sixty-fourths, thirty-seconds and tenths of inches. Am making furniture, so using (feet and) inches not millimetres for this task and having rulers with inches on both edges plus having numbers on the fractions has accelerated my workflow, for instance measuring up for a router have been able to dispense with some of the pencil marking. Was using a Rolson ruler with inches and millimetres which is fine for general use, but not really up to this task, Rolson has different binary scales on one edge which slows one down. I started using these moustache rulers within minutes of receiving. Excellent. Good value. Shame could not see in 24โ version. Got 6โ and 12โ models. In the end bought six of the 6โ rule(r)s, one was cut at a slight angle, so the hundredths and sixty-fourths start at about 0.005โ, will use for sewing. Think most rulers with hundredths have longer markings for 2,3,7&8 hundredths, these rulers have longer marks for odd hundredths. Hundredths lines are a bit thick, but for the price it is good enough for me, can measure object on ruler to about five thou with patienceโฆ
