Strong doesn't alter taste
Check your meds first and allergies to mushrooms!! Otherwise I love the taste..very slight but refreshing. Healthy. A bit pricey but make a batch, use 1 tea bag..keep in fridge, heat if you want.

Great tasting caffeine free alternative
I cut out caffeine from my diet and I was looking for a caffeine free tea and this one has great flavor. This is a perfect replacement for drinking caffeine in the morning. A little pricey but the flavor is excellent.
