I found a recipe for sore, aching muscles when I was packing and moving to a new home. 2 Cups Epsom salt, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. Dilute in bath temperature water and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. The magnesium in epsom salt is easily absorbed into your body through the pores in your feet. Haven’t used this yet. It’s Epsom salt, not much to report… I use this in my garden for magnesium loving plants (IYKYK) and when I have aches&pains. It’s too soon to brag about my tomatoes and I no longer need to soak my knees. So far I do not have complaints, even said something about the bucket being cute/reusable. Depending how soon I go through this, I may get the 5gallon bucket.
