EXCELLENT DISIGN FOR CYCLING
My shoe size and size ordered is 11D (even though the actual display size is 44). The fit is bang on from heel to toe. Heel fit is very important to me when peddling and the heel cup on these shoes is well pronounced. Much better than most shoes I have owned. Toe box is adequate and the fit around the ball of the foot is slightly snug. Most shoes I wear need to have separate insoles inserted due to my flat feet, but not these (so far) whereas the provided arch support is very comfortable. The build quality is very good as one would expect from Gyro. One of the most important features to me is the outer sole design. This sole material is about medium hard which makes walking easy without the clatter of hard rubber like soles. I do have a couple pairs of Gyro road cycling shoes that have been ridden pretty hard for a few years now and have been great also. These shoes are going to be worn for indoor fitness and mountain biking.

Very comfortable
These are way more comfortable than the Shimano shoes I got 2 years ago, which developed a hard crease on the toe after 1 season (common issue). They're flexible, but durable, and give support. They also dont look like cycling shoes, which is a huge plus. I bough them for road biking, but they're more of a mountain bike shoe. They are pretty low profile, and blend in well with road kits, especially my vintage wool gear. Best part is you look *slightly* like less of a dork when in restarants/pubs after a ride. The effect is subtle. As far as performance, they are very comfortable after 40 miles. The laces NEVER come undone, and its very easy to lace up in a hurry, just like a normal pair of shoes. The SPD system fits well, and they're slightly recessed so you wont hear clanking on pavement as much as normal road bike shoes.Love them! Hopefully they last longer than my Shimano shoes, which I'll never buy again.

Stiff, comfortable, grippy on flats and SPD cleat compatible!
I bought these knowing I'd be walking short distances, I found out after walking my new e-bike 2 miles after suffering a multiple blowout flat that they're very comfortable to walk longer distances on! Well constructed and a durable sole, they look good too! Most people wouldn't know they're bike shoes!

Very interesting cycling shoe - great, but not quite perfect
This cycling shoe offers so much potential. It is hands down the most casual/stylish non-cycling looking cycling shoe I've worn/seen. If it does draw attention to your feet, it's because of the good looks as opposed to the shoe looking out of place.Pros:- Great looks- Looks more expensive than it really is- heel hold and connection to the pedal is much better than I was expecting for a shoe that can be walked in- SPD cleat (51) is more recessed than Shimano and Bontrager casual shoes I've owned, so it contacts the ground slightly less. Contact still occurs though.- sole grip is really good. Not a shoe you'd easily slip over in - that includes normal shoes- Despite feeling like it has less flex that Shimano's click'r entry level shoes, it is comfortable enough to walk the same or equal distance inCons:- On closer look you can see the materials are built to a cost.- That good heel hold, means these shoes are very tight/difficult to put on. Almost impossible without a shoe horn, or very firmly using your fingers as a horn- The size definitely runs a tad small- The insole has ZERO arch support. It is perfectly flat - think like wearing a Converse shoe. The shoe's last (what the insole sits on) is also flat, so for someone with high arches (= me) you could hurt yourself without adding some level of supportOverall I can get past the tight fit and built to a price materials, but the lack of any arch support is holding it back for a full 5 stars.

Best cycling shoes i have ever own
These are my favorite cycling shoes I have ever had. They fit well which is a first, I have wide and high feet and often feel that cycling shoes squeeze too hard and after cycling for 5 minutes get pins and needles in my toes, there is none of that with these. They are comfortable a don't look like cycling shoes and dont have the click click click of cleats which is fantastic. if you are looking for casual cycling shoes these are great

2 year review. Amazing shoes
So I’ve had these things for 2 years now and decided to write a review. These things have held up beyond my expectations. 2 years of commuting almost daily and 2 years of mountain biking all on the same shoe. They’re still going and will probably get another year out of them. I throw them in the washer from time to time, I really don’t clean them or take care of them otherwise and they still look great. The best part about using these shoes for commuting is they look casual enough to wear everywhere. The ONLY downside to wearing these casually is after a while my SPD cleats started to “clack” on rough concrete and sidewalk surfaces. When this pair is worn out, I’ll for sure buy another pair.

Very comfortable
Admittedly this is the first pair of cycling shoes made for flat pedals that I have owned or used. I bought them to ride in a really rocky area as I usually am clipped in. Other than me not keeping my feet properly placed they performed well. They are very comfortable and even though I can walk in them fairly well they caused no leg or foot fatigue from a wimpy sole. Very happy with them. Not sure why they use the suede type material, hard to clean. Riding in central-Oregon my once blue shoes are now permanently red but thats ok, they perform well. Have a nice day. I have since purchased another pair. I still use the 1st pair but I wanted a pair that had cleats mounted to them. Still love these shoes.

Feels tough and tghey are tight
I bought these along with my first mountain bike, and I love the way they look. Great looking shoe, however, they are tight in the midfoot area, I hope they will loosen up a bit, otherwise, I might have to get a different brand, as my foot hurts after I go for a ride. Not sure how they are supposed to fit, but I am pretty sure my foot should not hurt. Quality seems OK, but have need more time before I give a proper QA/QC grade

Stable, comfortable.
Bought shimano SH-RP101 shoe and spd pedal. It was so dangerous to stand and pedal because it was so slippery on the pedal that I bought some rock bros dual platform/spd pedals. Same result. Bought these shoes and they are awesome. Stable, comfortable and light. Now I have total confidence on my bike again. Highly recommend.

Solid and Comfortable
I'm really happy with these after returning a different pair/model because they were too stiff and uncomfortable. These ones seem well made. The cleats were easy to fit and can be adjusted in every direction to cater for your most comfortable foot position on the pedals. My first ride was 22 miles and the shoes were great. They don't feel too clunky, didn't rub, no numb toes and the laces didn't come loose. My inner foot scuffed the crank arm a couple of times but I just need to adjust the cleat. They're comfortable to walk in. I walked along rocks atop a Moor, through town and all around a train station (incl stairs). They feel like basic trainers, not cycling shoes. Obviously the cleats catch on uneven rocky surfaces but you'd get that with any cycling shoe. I don't think they're suitable for hiking because they'd gum up with mud, more dry trail, paving, shops and cafes.I'm a UK 9.5 and ordered a 10. They're perfect for me.

Utilizzo GRAVEL
Scarpe acquistate per utilizzo GRAVEL. Ho preso un numero in più e la calzata è ottima. Buon prezzo grazie alla soletta in Vibram. Un po' scomode per i lacci ma le ho volute così.
